The Opportunity

We are in an exciting growth stage and seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor who wants more than a traditional insurance sales role. This is an opportunity to serve clients thoughtfully and be part of building a unique organization.As a key team member, you’ll contribute to our growth, inform strategy, refine client experience, and strengthen partnerships. We support families, business owners, and their advisors through a consultative planning process. In addition to our proprietary products, we have multi-carrier access and a genuine connection between your work and measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

• Guide clients through thoughtful life insurance planning aligned with their goals and values

• Build long-term relationships with a consultative approach

• Contribute ideas and insight that help shape Bluestone’s sales strategy and growth

• Represent Bluestone’s mission by highlighting to clients the real-world impact of their planning decisions

Who You Are

• Licensed (Life & Health) with 5+ years of successful life insurance sales experience

• A consultative, relationship driven advisor with exceptional communication skills

• Deeply mission aligned and motivated by meaningful work

• Intrapreneurial and excited by autonomy and building something new

• Comfortable working with business owners, fee-only wealth managers and other advisors

• CLU, ChFC, CPWA, and CFP preferred
